I have worked in this industry for about 30 years, from small to big restaurants, hotels, resorts and casinos. My motivation when coming to work everyday is putting people first, to build a strong team not only to follow my footsteps and to do an even better job than my generation. At John Anthony, we are all about trying to be better, be more creative everyday, drawing inspiration from different cultures to bring modern, exciting dishes to guests in Hanoi, a city I fell in love with.

Starting my culinary career path since 16 years old, I have been working at John Anthony for at least 12-13 years. I love being a chef because it allows me to create the art in every detail of the dishes.

MONDAY - FRIDAY LUNCH: 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

SATURDAY - SUNDAY LUNCH: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

DINNER: 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (Last order)
